“This property is located within 4 minutes walk from Gran Via station. It is super clean, the building is gorgeous and it has a lot of architecture charm and character. It is nearby amazing and yummy restaurants, easy access to shops and supermarkets. Overall the best part was the friendly support received from the staff. Highly recommend!”

“Intanto nessuna accoglienza, abbiamo dovuto ritirare le chiavi altrove con un codice, le chiavi posizionate in una scatolina per strada. Letto rotto, camera minuscola, per non parlare del rumore terribile proveniente probabilmente da un condizionatore. Si sentiva anche se tossivano nella stanza accanto. L'annuncio diceva che la colazione è offerta, e abbiamo dovuto pagarla. Nessun servizio, asciugamani bagnati per 5 notti perché non c'è modo di farli asciugare,nemmeno un appendino in bagno dove...

“I like the place. I was feeling a bit cold and the place was a bit small ”

“Los servicios son de 10, la decoración de la entrada de la cada es exquisita y la habitación tiene todos los detalles para pasar una estancia agradable. La limpieza muy bien. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue con la entrada ya que al ser con llave digital nos costó un poco entrar. Aún así mi valoración es de 10 y sin duda lo recomiendo, está en un sitio dónde hay mucho comercio y cerca del centro. Volveremos!! costó un poco entrar”

“This was not where we stayed, 3 days before we were due to travel to Madrid, we were contacted and informed that due to an electrical fault, the accommodation was not available, and offered an alternative at no extra cost, did we agree (a bit late to start searching again).
