“The property was at the address sent to us after booking. Property manager was there to greet us at the time I said we would arrive. This is a very cozy space and we felt like we were staying at the home of a beloved relative. We requested some accommodations and recommendations and Carmen was able to provide everything requested! “We really enjoyed our stay. Pedro was such a charming host and carried our very heavy bag up to the apartment. The location is perfect, the beds were comfortable, the temperature was nice and cool during some very hot days in Madrid, and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy family time. We did not mind the four flights of stairs, but we walk and hike regularly. It was also easy to catch a taxi out front. We really enjoyed looking down at all the action from the balcony. “L'appartamento è molto molto bello, ideale per 4 persone in quanto dispone di 2 camere da letto ampie. Dotato di ogni comfort, silenziosissimo nonostante non sia un piano alto. Posizione eccellente, la zona è molto bella e la metro di trova a 5 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo. Il proprietario super gentile e disponibile (ma meglio cambiare il phon :) ). Torneremo”

“Excellent stay, owner was very responsive & helpful. We didn’t cook so I can’t comment on those facilities but at a glance they looked excellent. The outdoor bath was very much enjoyed by my son & daughter in law. An excellent touch! Also the other rooftop terrace was lovely. One thing to note is there is only aircon in one of the bedrooms and the living room. Apart from that an excellent stay and the location is absolutely perfect for getting to all the sights. ”

“Great location in Madrid, a few steps from a subway station. Beautifully decorated apartment, with lovely artwork pieces including images of swirling Dervishes, tapestries, vases… A selection of great books from James Baldwin to Amin Maalouf, art books on Madrid architecture, Goya’s paintings… very comfortable bedroom, and so on. If you add the nicest host ever, what else can you ask for? A pure delight! Thanks for everything! 🙂”

“Buon appartamento nel quartiere lavapies praticamente a pochi passi da plaza real e puerta del sol. Comodo anche con la stazione autobus di Atocha dove fa capolinea Airport express.Abbiamo raggiunto tutte le principali attrazioni comodamente a piedi.consigliato”
