“The hotel was very nice and relaxing. What really set it apart was the hospitality. The staff is so accommodating and welcoming. Genesis and Kevin in particular really went above and beyond. Kevin recommended some great areas to check out locally and Genesis did as well. Make sure to ask Genesis to make you her signature drink. It is the yummiest Jamaica drink I’ve ever had! ”

“Everything about this spot is great. Walking distance to main square, lots of food options, and accommodations were incredible. The room was clean and private with a common area and shared jacuzzi. Staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home ”

“Honestly an amazing little spot near the city center. Quiet comfortable and everything you need. One of the light bulbs burnt out and they were there within minutes to replace it. Helpful with things to do around as well”

“We just stayed at the Fortuna Retreat for 3 nights with our kids. We had a premium room with mountain view. I wanted to start by saying that the service was excellent even from before we reached the hotel. The communication with them was pretty fast. Thank you to Beverley and Alphonso for making our stay amazing and being very helful. For the price we paid, we just wished they had more amenities. “We loved this hotel. The staff really made our experience so enjoyable. Jeisson went out of his way to walk onto the sloth trail with us and point out 2 families of sloths. Dennis, Stephen, Josue, Rolando, and Alan all went out of their way to check on us and make sure the kids had smoothies at all times. Lol. We saw armadillos and sloths right outside our casitas. We didn’t need any bug spray. And the environment was so peaceful and calm. We will 100% stay at Noah’s again!! Thank you to all...

“I was very impressed with how clean and taken care of Bauma was. & i'm pickie! The check in experience was a brezze - extremly easy and flexible. The hot tub was hot enough but not to hot. If you are wondering if you should stay at this property - Don’t. Its absolutely beautiful ”

Ma la cosa eccezionale sono le sue piscine idromassaggio con acqua termale calda in mezzo ai giardini tripicali!! Dopo un treking giornaliero attorno al vulcano Arenal rilassarsi in queste piscine e' top!!! Consiglio a tutti”

Also recommend Pure Trek for canyoning and Arenal Mundo Adventura for Zip Line. Wished the kitchenette was more equipped with utensils for cooking like large spoon, spatula, mixing bowl, knife, etc. ”
