“The property and staff was top notch. Only downfall is the low profile toilets in rooms…although they are ADA height.”

“Pool had dirt and it never got cleaned, whatever was spilled in elevator never washed up no microwaves in the room. I’ve never had a bathroom where you had to go to the hallway to wash your hands and brush your teeth. I asked for a room a handicap room, but because I booked it through Expedia, she says that because it was the third party that they could not give us the handicap room had to pay your extra, of course to check in early, which is fine, but overall as the day went on the front...

“I’m not even sure how to explain the smell in my room. It was something like urine and stale smoke. I stayed in the room for about 15min and then just left, checked into the holiday inn express. I get it $45, but wow!”

“First hotel I have ever stayed at that did not have a blow dryer in the room. No one was ever at the front desk to ask if one was available. There was medical tape to keep the curtain closed. The windows look if they have never been cleaned.”

“Hotel was clean, should let people know pool isn't operational when they check in, and if you check out well before the check out time 830 am without checking out thru the front desk you will be charged 66 dollars as a late checkout. Very disappointed 😞”

“The manager on board was fine and friendly The beds were very comfortable But that’s where it STOPS Trying to check out and make sure I had a physical or virtual receipt? Nope Trying to find a live, real person to help me? NO making sure I have proof of my 100$ deposit that they put on my card until checkout The man problem with this is when you come in there is a screen on a unit about as big as an ATM Right by the door It’s a live person (probably in India) that talks to you...

“Hot tub and pool was nice. Breakfast was OK. There was stuff in the fridge that you could heat up in the microwave. The staff were OK. I had stayed Friday through Wednesday and I had asked twice in a row for our towels to be picked up not only that but I had asked two more times for more room towels because our room was not kept up with other than that service was OK.”
