“Wow! An amazing experience at a beautiful property, with outstanding service. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our travels in NZ, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. The setting is stunning, the food is outstanding, and the room is beautiful. But the staff are what make the place really special. Over the years, we have stayed in excellent hotels around the world, and this one ranks among the best. Exclusive, exquisite, and refined. Highly recommended.”

“Great hotel in a really great spot. The hotel has a restaurant and there are also heaps of takeaway and eating options very close by. Lots of parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were really really comfy and the shower was amazing. The water pressure was incredible. Staff were really friendly and helpful. ”

“We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.”

“During our 7-day stay, waking up each morning to see the sunlight hitting Deer Park Heights across the lake was a highlight. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the atmosphere is quite peaceful. While the location is a bit outside the town center, the hotel provides a very convenient and punctual hourly shuttle.
