“Really outstanding. Friendly and accommodating staff allowed me to check in early (post-surgery). So, that was a relief. Check-in otherwise was really quick and efficient. Treated me like a guest. “The room was very clean as well as the entire premises. Very nice room. New toilets full bath with tub & shower, separate from sink. Very quiet and peaceful. Needs: faucet handles Tightened on both the sink and the tub. Refrigerator not cooling. Freezer seems to freeze though. Prime location next to Starbucks and Taco Bell. Walking distance to super Walmart (3 blocks). Family-Run business! Much enjoyed!”

“Very spacious, quiet, accessible via a 10 min walk to Mayo campus all indoors via well-marked skyway and subway. And connected to a City parking deck ($18/day) and many amenities like the Hilton Hotel, The Galleria, good views and more. Second bathroom is a nice touch and the full kitchen w d/w is a must for a stay of any length. Suggestion: bring groceries, a small supply of condiments, spices, essential kitchen items as the supplies are sparse. 24hr front desk personnel were very helpful,...

“The heated underground parking was wonderful in the cold weather. We used the kitchen in our room for several meals. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is street construction around the building, but unloading and loading are still easy. The shuttle was very convenient, although it doesn't run on Saturday or Sunday.”

“This hotel is outstanding! It is clean, quiet and friendly. The breakfast is the best at any hotel I have ever stayed. It has proteins, eggs and meat choice, whole fruits and a fruit bowl, oatmeal with all the toppings , every pastry known to man and two types of make your own waffles! First time I have seenregular and strawberry. They also, have all the toppings you need for the waffles and pastries. The shuttle runs right on time with very nice drivers. ”
