“We arrived at the hotel at about 10pm. There was a tall man sitting on the check in counter. The lady that checked us in was very insistite, no smoking and don't try to sneak in a pet. She advised us of this rule twice. No problem we are not going to do either of those things. The problem is the hall and our room smelled like WEED. I guess WEED is not enforced. .”

“Upon arrival to the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were the best part of the trip. However, the room conditions and amenities that were offered is what makes this stay so terrible for my family and I. To start they had no maintenance staff on duty, so any issues would have to wait until the next day to be addressed; which there was numerous issues. The toilet was not working in the room when we arrived; which I fixed that issue. The A/C unit was barely blowing any air and...
