“Stayed over Easter. Staff are brilliant, very helpful and attentive and friendly. Menu for breakfast and dinner was lovely and great value for money. The rooms are simply decorated, clean maybe slightly small but appreciate it is a very old building. The bed was very comfortable and room was nice and warm too. “Good breakfast and room in general. Room overlooking the back of the pub/ car park. Because they were 1/2 full they could put us overlooking the back gardens. Very good breakfast. Negatives: Shower with some mold in the seal and some hairs found in the bathroom. No place to put a wash bag due to limited space. Restaurant in the pub dont serve meals on Sunday evenings. Only up to 6pm which is aftenoon. ”

“The location is great as it is very central to the town. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Very clean room which had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely cooked breakfast, too. ”

“Room was clean and fully equipped for a quick morning coffee which is helpful. Staff was nice and check in and out were very smooth. The only problem is that room isolation is not very good so we could hear noises from the outside and inside the property late at night. Would recommend irrespective of it. ”
