Grande casa Waterview a Door County. Fabulous Home Sleeps 15 !!

Situato nella bellissima Door County Wisconsin nel caratteristico villaggio di Ellison Bay nella parte superiore della penisola. Questa casa si trova vicino all'acqua con vista dalla sala della torre CON UN MERAVIGLIOSO terrazzo 12X15 piedi con vista sulla baia e pittoresca Ellison Bay Bluffs. Una grande area per la vela, mountain bike, escursionismo, shopping, gallerie, teatro, osservazione delle stelle, vegging fuori, e il mio preferito (vedi la foto) pesca al salmone.

La casa è arredata con mobili confortevoli imbottiti, pavimenti in parquet, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, una vasca idromassaggio nel bagno padronale, soffitti cattedrale e molto altro ancora. Secondo i nostri ospiti passati la caratteristica migliore della casa è l'enorme veranda coperta dalla cucina. Nuovo nell'agosto 2018 un generatore è stato aggiunto alla casa in modo da non essere mai senza elettricità, aria condizionata ecc.

Novità 2016 ... Se desideri prenotare un tour in barca di 3 ore ($ 500) contatta il proprietario.

Questa non è una unità di noleggio "bare bones". Questa è la nostra casa per le vacanze di famiglia che vorremmo condividere nel tempo.

Preferibilmente gli affitti saranno da sabato a sabato e se clicchi sul calendario sarai in grado di dire a colpo d'occhio quali date sono ancora disponibili.

SI PREGA DI NOTARE ... Le date AGGIUNTIVE potrebbero essere disponibili SU RICHIESTA. Per favore non esitate a chiedere. A questo punto la casa è in grado di ospitare 15 persone.

La camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato si trova al primo piano. Due delle camere da letto al piano superiore sono arredate con letti queen size e la terza camera da letto al piano superiore è pronta per dormire 7 con un letto a castello doppio / singolo, 2 letti singoli e un divano letto. Appena fuori da questa camera da letto si trova il soppalco che si affaccia sulla grande sala e il camino ed è inoltre dotato di un nuovo divano-letto.

Il loft è uno spazio ideale per i bambini per andare a giocare, ecc Una scala a chiocciola ti porterà dal soppalco alla stanza della torre .... che sicuramente diventerà il posto preferito dai bambini per uscire ....... o il posto preferito di mamma e papà per ammirare i tramonti sulla splendida Ellison Acque della baia Abbiamo aggiunto un grande mazzo fuori dalla stanza della torre in modo che tu possa essere fuori mentre ti godi la vista sull'acqua.

La posizione dell'ideale domestico. A pochi passi dalla Marina, dal Pioneer Store (la nostra drogheria locale), dalle gallerie, dai negozi e dai ristoranti. E 'anche una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia di Ellison Bay con i suoi campi da tennis, spiaggia e parco giochi.

A causa delle alleanze dell'associazione condominio non siamo in grado di accogliere animali domestici. Siamo anche una proprietà per non fumatori.

Spero che vi prendiate il tempo per esaminare questa proprietà e la grande zona di villeggiatura del Wisconsin settentrionale che circonda questa zona. Ti innamori di esso.

We loved our stay at this charming, whimsical home. It was clean, cozy, and stocked with all the necessary comforts. The location was perfect for us and walkable to everything in town. The house itself had many nice touches: a lovely front porch and upper deck, a comfortable open living/dining/kitchen area, a fireplace, and even comfortable beds. I thought having just one shower might be tricky, but it worked out fine for our group of five adults. The owner was lovely and communicative, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Overall, great value-we would definitely stay here again!

Ellison Bay stay

It was a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and park. We did drive to the beach, but there is a small one within walking distance. The home was quaint, beautifully decorated, and clean.

Felt more like a home than a bare bones vacation rental!

Just a great experience. The owner, Lyn, was in communication with us prior to and during our stay, and really helped provide guidance on local attractions, places to eat, etc. As suggested by the title, this property came with ALL of the amenities -- right down to stuffed animals in the kids' room to cleaning pellets for the dish washer. A wonderful experience!

A Comfy House Close to the Bay

We stayed six nights in this house with three adults and three kids. We loved its proximity to Ellison Bay and local shops. It was an excellent home base for our Door County adventures! We especially loved the upper porch and the three-seasons porch off the back. It’s definitely a good option for medium-sized groups. The only drawback was having only one shower. Still, we would stay there again, for sure.

Family Reunion

This property worked great for us. There were plenty of beds,clean & comfy. Lots of towels & good shower. The kitchen was well stocked so that we could cook meals there. Walking distance to 2 places for meals if we needed to eat out. Ten minutes from the other house with relatives .attending the reunion. Close proximity to many other Door County "want to sees." Perfect for us.

Great family getaway

Our first family visit to Door County was so wonderful. The home was perfect for us in many ways. Very quiet neighborhood, home had everything we needed including kid-friendly things like toys/games, whole kid loft with bunk beds and play area. Screened in porch was so peaceful. Home is walking distance to shore where we were able to go watch sunsets multiple times. This is the owner’s actual home so there are many personal items. Our kids are very good about not touching items though so it wasn’t an issue for us. Home is well stocked with everything you need. I enjoy being able to cook our own meals and not having to go out every meal. Owner communicates well and gave us great advice on where to go for things. Ellison Bay is quieter than the other towns which we also appreciated. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and cannot wait to return.

Beautiful setting

Located in a great part of Door County, off the beaten path but everything still accessible. It was nice to have the general store and coffee shop all within walking distance. The rental was wonderful; included all the cooking and eating utensils you would ever need, as well as access to pantry/spices, the grill, TP/paper towel, cleaning products, extra keys for the condo and beach/bath towels. Really nice to have the sheets/bedding provided. The kids really enjoyed all the games available and I loved reading through the assortment of books on the screened in porch every morning. Also very nice to have notes with heads up about the house from the owner. Not all places do that. The beds in the two guest rooms were great but the beds and flat pillows in the "bunk room" not so great. Two of our guests left with aching backs. Also, no access to laundry. With a big family and long stay it would have been nice to throw a load or two in. For shorter visits, probably not a problem. Lastly, access to the pier is not as close to the condo as we anticipated. Overall, really nice property.

Inaccurate description

!Be wary of this property owner! The bad news: The home owner listed the house as a four bed but it was only a three bedroom. In addition the pull out couch in the area they claimed was the 4th bedroom was broken. So not only did my teenage neice not have a room she also did not have a bed. Talked to owner who blamed VRBO for the false description something about their algorithm..... she did change it during our stay so she was able to get around "the algorithm" after we complained to her. I was the primary point of contact, she was kind and applogetic and offered a modest refund (the cleaning fee). I accepted this resolution, and defended the owner because she came off as so nice. Other members of my family felt we paid a lot of money for a 4 bedroom house that we didn't get and were very frustrated. The thing is we never even got the modest refund. :/ So much for my defense of her. I waited this many months to review to give her ample time to follow through she didn't. The good news: the house is beautiful and in a great location

Family stay in Ellison Bay

Our extended family of 11 (ages infant - 72 yrs) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, clean, comfortable, spacious home in Ellison Bay. We had everything we needed for our five day stay. Lyn Hale, the property owner, was very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the quieter location, while still being just a short drive to the “hot spots” of Door County! We also enjoyed the secluded backyard, short walk to the marina, and upper deck for a nice view of Green Bay (and stargazing!) We highly recommend this property and would stay here again!!

Lovely home

Lyn’s home is lovely getaway! Our adult children spent every evening in the screened in porch playing cards. We all decided that was our favorite place in the house. The location is fantastic. It is a quick walk to watch the sunset at night or to walk to get a cup of coffee in the morning. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay!

We had four adults and three children stay for a long weekend. We very much enjoyed the house. Enough space for everyone by far, stocked very well, and right in a nice quiet area like we hoped to be. Walking distance to a grocery store and a couple restaurants and dark enough at night to see a fair amount of stars. House was exactly as listed and we all had an excellent time!

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very open and easily accommodated our large family with 3 bedrooms and a large kids room. Overall we had 7 adults and 2 kids in the home and it did not feel crowded. Having the large screened in porch and yard area was really nice, especially with kids. Also, the house is ideally located in Ellison Bay and close to everything you would need. It was an easy walk to the water to put in our paddle board.

Fantastic Family Size, Cozy Feeling Property

My wife and I stayed there with two of our children, their spouses, and our two granddaughters. The property is incredibly family friendly, in a great location at the quiet/northern end of Door County. The host is very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay in Door County. The house felt very big due to the multiple gathering areas. The third floor deck was a great spot to relax, as well as the screened-in patio. Everything worked well.

FUN Family Adventure in Ellison Bay, WI

We had such a memorable time in Door County while staying in Ellison Bay. The home was in a perfect location in the Door County area. Lyn, the owner was very quick in attending to any issues that had arose during our stay. The house was cozy and comfortable. The screened in back porch was the BEST room in the house to gather, play games, read, chat, and eat your meals. We loved the vibe of Ellison Bay compared to Sister Bay and Fish Creek. It was much quieter and less busy. The home is in walking distance to all of the coffee shops and restaurants in Ellison Bay which was so wonderful. Two Thumbs up. Also, the Pioneer Store had all of those items that you may have forgot or need quickly instead of driving to the Piggly Wiggly in Sister Bay. Overall we had the BEST family vacation experience here with the comforts, coziness, and closeness to all of the local fun places. I would highly recommend this home away from home.

Great location

Over all it was a great home to relax in. The second floor got a little warm for sleeping in the bunk room (the air- conditioning vent was under one of the beds). A beautiful home but a little cluttered. Hard to find space for items we brought for the stay. Lynn was very attentive to any issues we had despite the fact that she had been very ill. Easy walking to attractions in Ellison Bay!
