Hotel a Ellsworth

“I booked the room in hopes of taking my wife to: the spa for a day; a dinner for us on the riverboat; and the seafood buffet on another night. However, after I booked the room/stay, only then was it revealed to me that EVERYTHING above is closed on Monday and Tuesday. We spent our time driving into Red Wing for entertainment. I will NOT be booking another room at Treasure Island Resort and Casino.”

“Have stayed here many times. Was very disappointed this stay as appears to be no longer cared for. Carpet in hallway has bad smell which understand the high humidity but all carpet has now gotten bad smell including in rooms that still have it. For awhile the rooms were replacing with wood flooring, what happened.”

“The room was clean. Fresh sheets. TV wasn’t working but attended to right away. AC worked. Needs updating”

“Check in took a long time. Room was very hot and took over an hour to cool down. No towels in the bathroom, when we asked for some we were told that we had to go down and get them ourselves while one of us was already out of the shower waiting to dry off. The bed sheets had spots on them. The checkout staff was very friendly and probably the only good experience.”

“Old and very randown needs major upgrades. Breakfast sucks no fresh food or fruit”

“The staff were wonderful my whole stay. However, the entire building beyond the lobby smelled like pot and neither of the ice machines in the building worked by the time I checked out.”

“We would definitely stay here again. Besides the lighting in the bathroom being kind of dim, everything was great. The staff was great, knowledgeable and kind, and the amenities were all clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the patio with pizza! Also there were a lot of staff so it always seemed like someone was around should you have questions. The rooms were updated as well.”
