“A top notch facility with excellent staff (friendly, professional, knowledgeable) and immaculate lobby, breakfast bar and rooms. The best guest laundry facilities I’ve ever seen at a hotel! Breakfast, while not included in my room package, was delicious and overall a good value. Excellent in room amenities, too!”

“The room was average. After paying in advance for the room I discovered that there was a $15/day charge for parking and all food was charged to the room or paid for in cash. No breakfast included. Perhaps I overlooked this when making the reservation.”

“We only needed a room for one night. We arrived about 5:30 p.m. check in was very simple and quick. The hotel was fully booked, but it was actually very quiet. The food offerings near by were fine. We were not looking for anything fancy or special, just something wholesome and tasty. The morning when we checked out only took about two minutes. They offered the usual hotel breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist.
