“Check in took some time as there was only one person at the desk but she was great and helpful and very informative. The cleanliness in the rooms could use some improvement. Especially in the bathroom . But overall our stay was good as it was just for sleeping because we were there for a wedding . SHUTTLE Bus driver was super friendly funny and patient . Thank you !!!”

“The hotel was comfortable and the beds were great. However when we booked the room was advertised as “renovated” and I found the shower a little dirty and stained. Also we were there for a dance competition and were excited about the back-lit mirror for makeup application but our light was not working. Our floor was stinky because people were smoking in their room.”

"Camera ampia, immacolata e arredata con gusto e stile. La presenza di un vero giradischi è stata un tocco in più! Letti ampi e comodi, per un sonno eccellente. L'area intorno è molto tranquilla e ci sono diversi cafè e ristoranti per pasti e colazioni. Lo staff cortese e disponibile. Ottima base per esplorare Collingwood e le Blue Mountains (a soli 15min di strada). Consigliatissimo!"
