“Very nice hotel. ”

“Got to the resort and asked to be moved to be closer to our family but didn’t get out in the same block even though the room next to my sister was vacant. Room was clean, coffee sucked. Had microwave and toaster but no other things cooking with. No restraunts on site so had to go next door. Pool was clean but kiddie pool was closed. Over all stay was fine ”

Ottima base per esplorare Collingwood e le Blue Mountains (a soli 15min di strada). Consigliatissimo!”

“The room was clean but the bathroom faucet was to be desired. The hot tub seemed like it could have been a little cleaner. The rest of the facility was clean and well kept. We happen to be staying on a hockey tournament weekend and were woken at 4 am by the other guests carrying on at the front desk. But everything else was good.”

“Ftont desk was great and very friendly . Hotel room was clean , but there was only 2 towels for a family a 5 staying . Also the conditioner and shampoo bottles were empty. Fold out couch was very hard and uncomfortable. Poom and hot tub were very enjoyable . Not worth the amount we paid for only 1 night. ”

“No doubt the property could use a reno - but for the price point, it was a perfectly good stay. The room and bed appeared clean, the shower ran hot, and the internet was smooth. The staff were also friendly. Would be happy to stay here again so long as the price remains positioned where it is. Couple things to be aware of - the bed was a little short for my 6' 2" frame so my ankles were hanging over the end. Bear in mind if you're a taller individual. Also, the road noise is quite pronounced if...

“Rooms were some what renovated. You can tell they just renovated but were selective on what was changed. Sink and shower were very old and damaged. Walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors very clearly. Breakfast was included but only available until 10am Saturday. Location is great as many restaurants and stores nearby. ”

“Room was nice clean and fine. The auto door code thing never worked, and when I asked for the code or keys they almost seemed annoyed. Saying that the send it and I didn't get any info or messages. Also the couch in the room was a tiny chair. And the walls didn't have much sound insulation better the rooms. ”
