“Our room is clean and every time we go back it was organized. All the staff are kind and nice. Loved the 24/7 free coffee/tea. The overall vibes of this hotel is simple yet peaceful. We’ll definitely going back. ”

“Breakfast was awesome. The only complaint I have is the staff needs to keep on top of the cleanliness. Waffle batter was a over the place and the counter needed to be cleaned up regularly. Buffet breakfast was the best from other hotels though. ”

“The bed and pillows were so soft and outdated ,the mattress was horrible ,pillows were so soft even when it's fold in half still horrible..only one light works, the heater took so long to warm up the room, also I couldn't watch television, the gentleman at the front desk was told about the issue, but nothing was done..”

“My go to place to crash overnight at YYZ. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. This time however the coffee machine didn’t work. Argh. Other than that it was great and I’ll def be back. ”
