“Second stay just as good as the first. Friendly helpful staff. The in house restaurants and bar are all terrific. Most striking and welcoming is the decor: mid century styles in jewel colours making the rooms and lobby feel warm and welcoming in th midst of a Canberra winter.”

“Hotel distante dal centro. E' necessario un pullman per raggiungerlo , ma a 10 minuti a piedi dal Parlamento. Struttura ben arredata ma che lascia molto a desiderare per quanto riguarda pulizia; abbiamo dovuto chiamare housekeeping per togliere la polvere nella stanza sopra i quadri e sopra le lampadine delle abat-jour dove c'era uno strato di polvere che non veniva tolto forse da mesi, l'abbiamo fatto notare alla reception. “Tv wasn’t working and fridge was not cold . Rang reception to complain . They said they would move me but asked me to come downstairs with all my luggage to swap keys . Surely someone could have brought these to me . Then the tv was still not working so I needent have move rooms . No apology or even a free drink offered . On a plus point the bar staff were excellent”
