“A gorgeous place to stay. We loved our time at Aquila and felt so relaxed and refreshed being there. The room was clean and cosy, especially with the fire on. The amenities were fantastic and the bottle of bubbly readily enjoyed! We both found the bed to be comfortable and had a real quality night's sleep. Couldn't fault it, thank you for having us! ”

“The room was nice, clean and tidy. If I had to give a negative about our stay would be only because we had the upper stories room. And as I have a bung knew and the wife had a bung hip we found it a bit difficult to get to our room. As there was no staff at the motel we were not able to change it. But that's our fault. "Hotel situato in posizione centralissima nella via piu' elegante della citta' con i piu' importanti negozi delle grandi firme. Si trova all' interno di un bel edificio,con grande accogliente Hall e concierge.Ci e' stata assegnata una bella camera panoramica con vista fiume, spaziosa ,arredata con gusto e con un letto molto confortevole.Anche il bagno era molto bello con rifiniture in marmo, dotato di doccia e vasca separata e articoli da toilette di marca.La pulizia e' stata molto accurata, ogni giorno venivano cambiati gli asciugamani e riforniti gli articoli da toilette.Molto buona la prima colazione con grande assortimento di salato e dolci e cibi preparati sul momento.Eccellente anche il ristorante per il pranzo e la cena, con personale gentilissimo e professionale, in particolare ringrazio per l'attenzione ricevuta Edoardo e Ilaria."

Problema parcheggio: chiesto di avere un posto auto per 1 notte, arriviamo lì alle 23, garage chiuso. Avrebbero dovuto aprirci, ma così non è stato con il risultato di cercare un'alternativa quando agognavamo un comodo letto."

"Hotel situato zona centro. Arrivo alle 7 di mattina, dopo un volo notturno, stanco. Chiedo gentilmente a quale ora avrò disponibilità camera, mi rispondono scocciati che fino alle 14 non avrò la camera. Faccio un giro per fare colazione, ritorno verso le 12. Mi siedo e vedo che ad altri clienti le camere vengono assegnate. Lascio perdere. La camera assegnatami, non è da 4 stelle, nessuna finestra, un bagno squallido. Non c'era acqua per bere, ho dovuto acquistare delle bottiglie al 7 eleven. Un 4 stelle tiene conto dei clienti, dando almeno acqua. Poi lo stile e assenza di finestre mi hanno lasciato interdetto. Avessi saputo non avrei prenotato li. Forse 3 stelle andrebbero bene. Sicuramente, non lo consiglio e in caso non ci tornerò. "
