“The 2 bedroom suite was awesome. The hotel was clean. Wonderful stay!”

“100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. Bianca, thank you for your help. This is not on IHG. This is a cluster by Expedia.”

“The staff seemed bothered to check me on and out. The paint was peeling in the ceiling in the shower. The hall smelled like Indian food. The elevator was broken. The hand soap was out in my room and not refilled. All in all there is much to improve to get even to a 2”

“The only ice machine was on the ground floor. Others had been removed. Air conditioning in our room sounded like a table saw when it started up.”

“I really enjoyed my overnight stay in May, despite some of the negative reviews I had read beforehand. My room was spotless, fresh, and had no unpleasant odors. The air conditioning worked perfectly on both settings, and I especially loved the bathroom very clean, and the shower was excellent. The only downside was that the walls are fairly thin, so noise does carry. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room on one of the higher floors for a quieter stay. “The hotel is in renovation, and lot of dirt in the house has not been cleaned, we have to clean the surface after we checked in. So the Gym is not available either. There is a lot of parking place and the location is very convenient.”

“One word; disgusting. Mold, smoke smell, burn holes, unsafe area…. We were in and out in 10 minutes after 2 units were both uninhabitable. Run, don’t walk, anywhere else. They couldn’t pay me to stay there.”
