“Room was dirty. Urine on the toilet and floor. Sticky floors. Vents coming out ceiling by elevator on 4th floor. Staff was friendly.”

“100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. Bianca, thank you for your help. This is not on IHG. This is a cluster by Expedia.”

“The staff seemed bothered to check me on and out. The paint was peeling in the ceiling in the shower. The hall smelled like Indian food. The elevator was broken. The hand soap was out in my room and not refilled. All in all there is much to improve to get even to a 2”

“I really enjoyed my overnight stay in May, despite some of the negative reviews I had read beforehand. My room was spotless, fresh, and had no unpleasant odors. The air conditioning worked perfectly on both settings, and I especially loved the bathroom very clean, and the shower was excellent. The only downside was that the walls are fairly thin, so noise does carry. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room on one of the higher floors for a quieter stay. “We were told the incidental fee was $25 then they charged to charge us $125 which was not what we were tld from the beginning. The apps on the tv were not working correctly and the breakfast wasn’t anything but stale cereal and bagels. We had to warm everything up down stairs no microwave in the rooms not worth the price.”

“The hotel is in renovation, and lot of dirt in the house has not been cleaned, we have to clean the surface after we checked in. So the Gym is not available either. There is a lot of parking place and the location is very convenient.”

“Don't go often but this trip was good. Enjoyed my stay except I get up very early and no coffee pot in the room. No coffee until 6 am. I asked for handicap and toilet was too far down. Could not get up by myself. Had my daughter's to help. Thank goodness.”
