“Lovely property with attentive staff in great location.”

“We stopped from 7th July to 11th July this year 2025. We had a lovely break in the Durley Dean, its clean and tidy and the staff are first class, very friendly. Ok its dated but its Victorian. The bus stops are 200 yards away from the hotel entrance in the direction of Bournemouth and the buses are frequent to lots of local towns and resorts. We were out every day going to somewhere. Swanage, Poole, Westbourne and Christchurch. We would go again. Thank you Durley Dean”

“We had a warm welcome gave me tour straight away checked in quickly found the our standard room light airy and roomy and clean Enjoyed the courtyard woth a couple of drink barstaff very friendly and service with our meal was excellent ”

“Seconda volta in questo hotel per motivi personali. La cosa peggiore è stato il materasso con le molle ormai andate, i mobili vecchi e decadenti. La colazione un po' miserella per chi non ama quella classica inglese . Personale al ristorante formato da ragazzi tutto sommato bravi”

“My friend and I went from Monday -Friday. On arriving the staff were lovely however got to the room and it was dark. My friend and I said if they had arranged the bedroom differently it wouldn’t have felt so dark. The heater in the bathroom was so dangerous. Also the whole hotel needed some TLC. But the staff made up for the rest of it every member of staff was lovely. ”
