“The room could benefit from a bit more TLC. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the decor felt plain, which didn’t create a very homely atmosphere. The lounge area also felt a little bare. There were also some issues with the TV not connecting to YouTube and difficulty using the television overall, along with intermittent WiFi connection problems.”

“The hotel is very nice and relatively new! The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor. Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor. ”

“Great location. Quick, short walk to the mall with supermarkets etc. Apartments had good car parking and room was a good size, with small balcony. Superficially the room was clean and tidy but there were stains on bed, curtains and carpet. The bedside cabinet drawers and door frames were quite unpleasant. Water pressure was just enough. I was visiting friends nearby so the location was great for me and the room was adequate as I really only needed somewhere to sleep, otherwise I wouldn't...

“Very bad experience. The room was dirty, and the bedsheets and blankets were not clean at all. The swimming pool was also extremely dirty and looked unhygienic. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can immediately feel the lack of cleanliness everywhere. There was also a bad smell throughout the hotel. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.”

“Rooms are very old and tired. Shabby, smelly carpet suggests a strong need of renovation. Definitely not worth tue price paid that results too expensive. The hotel is located in a very central and strategic position with direct access to the central station in Brisbane. ”
