“Very nice , clean room. I had a small incident (felt quite huge in the moment ) when I locked myself out when I left both my keycards in the room. Telephone stuff were helpful after hours too and quite timely . Happy with friendly service overall . ”

“Manager I’m assuming was incredibly nice, courteous and helpful. Our room was great, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, great kitchen facilities. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to anyone and any future stays for myself.”

“Good location. No view of southbank only back of hospitals. 10 mins walk up and down hills but easy to find way around. Room clean. Balcony large. Bed comfy, pillows great. Handy to have washing machine. Would stay again as a couple. ”

“Room was very well presented and had everything my elderly mother needed during her stay. It was easy to access from the car park. Only issue is the air conditioning unit didn't always work very well. If we had the fan up high it would make a vibrating sound. Perhaps a service may be required? Other than that. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially, the cleaners who went above and beyond to ensure my mother had everything she needed when they came to service the room. We...

Sono rimasto entusiasta di questo art hotel dal rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente alto, lo consiglio vivamente. L'hotel dista a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e si può usufruire del Free bus che fa il loop del quartiere, però fino alle 19, dopo c'è solo il taxi o i Limes per chi non ha problemi fisici.”

“Big apartment with many comforts ( washing and drying machine, dish washer, cuttlery, big shower, 2 tvs, free wifi). Very close to very nice shops and restaurants in St James street ( go and buy food there - the food shop closes at 7 pm- and cook it in the apartment) Close to a IGA supermarket. Highly recommended. To reach south bank cross the bridge and take the red free ferry”
