“Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back.”

“Check-in and check-out can be a bit of a hassle. The security deposit feels a bit high, and it can take ages to get it back, especially if you don’t follow up. The amenities could be better, and the heater isn’t very effective at warming up the place. There aren’t any slippers provided. The bed is a bit of a disaster, and you’re likely to end up with back pain. For the price, you might find a better hotel in a better location. The location was good.”

“Amazing property in a very well located building close to the Eiffel tour, Pont Alma and many other Parisian musts. It is perfect for couples. Even though is a typical French studio space has been masterfully used. The communication with the property management was amazing we had to send a few messages sending questions and our answers never took more than a few minutes to be received. It was a great customer service experience on their end.”

“Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.”

“I would not stay at this property again. While the location is excellent, the apartment itself was uncomfortable and the management experience was frustrating. The unit receives virtually no outdoor ventilation, and during hot weather the apartment became extremely hot. There is no air conditioning, and the single fan provided simply circulated warm air. “Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

“Siamo stati molto bene in questo piccolo ma essenziale appartamento a due passi dall’Arco di Trionfo .Sinceramente dalle premesse ce lo aspettavamo più piccolo ed invece per noi quattro era più che sufficiente poiché ogni suo spazio e’ ben arredato ed utilizzato ed alla fine per essere a Parigi dove gli spazi degli alloggi sono minimi, qui c’e’ tutto quello di cui si possa aver bisogno .La sign.na Sonia è’ stata molto disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni e non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà...
