“I can't write a review the stay didn't happen as my booking was cancelled I had 2 Expedia bookings both cancelled I only found out when I arrived and had to pay an extra 100 dollars to rebook and stay”

“Close to airport is only plus. Pretty gross room, I think black mold on ceiling. Needs better cleaning floors and bathrooms. Will never stay here again.”

“The room was dirty, with hair all over the floors. There were scratches and chipped paint on the walls, and the furniture was banged up and looked old. The elevator was not working for trips down, so I had to take the stairs. On the positive side, the location was convenient and easily accessible. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided good customer service.”

“room was way too loud although i asked for a quiet room. window was straight to the highway. felt like sleeping on the road.”

“My stay was not good . The staff are not helpful. The soap dish came off in the shower on the first use. There was trash that met us at the lobby doors. Staff gave is the wrong breakfast hours and had us wake up an hour early for nothing. The pool was not working inspite of me calling ahead to ask. I was assured it worked. The breakfast was sub par at best. The powdered eggs were terrible. Im wondering why expedia have them down for a good choice. Do not stay here.”

“Ottima suite, pulita silenziosa, confortevole, lenzuola pulite, profumate e di buona qualità, consiglierei di rivedere il materasso. Colazione ottima completa di tutto, la struttura è pulita e ben tenuta. Vicino all'aeroporto IAH. Ci tornerei sicuramente.”
