“We came for a concert at Red Rocks and to do some sightseeing. The house was clean and stylish. It felt like a real treehouse-the views are lovely. It has an amazing outdoor area also. The AC/heat works very well and there is a nice cross breeze in the sleeping loft. It’s a very unique and well done space. One note: the ladder to loft is very sturdy and well made but pretty long and high so think about who is going to be sleeping in the loft and if they can handle the ladder!”

“Property was fantastic, spacious, clean, close to Denver yet with an incredible view of the mountains, would happily stay again.”

“Great spot, close to Red Rocks Amp which was the reason for the visit. About 10min (perfect traffic) house to upper south lot and vice versa. Comfortable beds and living space. As advertised very happy with the stay. Loved the outdoor propane fire pit, and deck, was a nice gathering area. Thank you”

“We Enjoyed our overnight stay. The set up was lovely and peaceful, and we appreciated the heated mattress pad on a chilly night. It would be ideal if there was a more pedestrian friendly way to get from the property into town, but otherwise we enjoyed the location. ”

“Cabin in the city was exactly what we needed. We come in twice a year to visit our family and friends. We have five kids, grandkids and our immediate family that all live in CO while we live in NC. So when traveling to CO our time is precious... this property made it possible for us to enjoy time with our family vs breaking our backs to try to visit everyone. Thank you Max for this wonderful weekend, my heart is full and your house made it all possible. If I could give this property 100...
