“The staff went above and beyond. The property is being renovated which is said might take 2 years but it is quiet. The grounds are beautiful. They have golf carts to get you to your room, front desk, pool, restaurant and parking. They have a pool bar with restaurant, a restaurant and a small cafe which has staples to buy. There is an onsite area to get a taxi but highly recommend renting a jeep to get around the island. About 8 min drive to Cruz bay with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Just...

Lia (Resort Host), Kristal (Event Coordinator Manager),Tyeisha (Check In), Katelyn (Bar Tender), Brandon (Red Hospitality Transportation), and a host of other staff members were fantastic!! “This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is centrally located on the main road with the jetty stop right in front. The hotel is still recovering from the hurricane, but it has come quite a long way. I hope they quickly get everything back to full operation because it is a full-service hotel with a pool on the second level, full bar, restaurant, gym, and more. “The stay was always the best i prefer to stay here rather than those big expensive hotels. The staff are very nice. no harassment from concierge as i walk in the door no taxi traffic as i pull up outside. No one knocking the door telling me it's time to check out. It's easy check in I give them my credit card and identification they give me my key then that's it. No long talking. Welcome. thank you have a great stay. ”

“Tutto sommato e' stata una buona esperienza. L'hotel si trova in una baia molto bella ma comunque un po' distante dall'aeroporto e dal centro. Il ristorante e le attrazioni del ressort sono un po' care, comunque grazie alla cucina presente nelle camere e' possibile comprare da mangiare nei negozi e cucinare proprio conto risparmiando un sacco di soldi. I negozi non sono vicinissimi ma sono comunque raggiungibili con taxi. Il sistema di trasporto pubblico SAFARI e' buono ed economico, (si paga 1$...
