“Great place to stay in winter conditions going to the airport.”

“Washed my hands in the sink when I first entered the room and none of the water went down the drain and it remained that way. Sink was totally plugged. The shower stall was stained and the fixtures were old, and flimsy. The water in the shower was luke warm. Staff was courteous, but not readily available when I checked out around 5:55AM. ”

“The property is dated and the rooms are smaller than average. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. My room was very clean. Everything functioned and nothing was broken. The staff was very friendly.”

“After being on the road between 12-13 hours, we arrived at the hotel to be told their computer system was down and it was unknown when it would be back up and running. The manager was unable to provide keys or check anyone in, so we told her we needed to go find a new hotel and she told everyone in the lobby to go to dinner because she wasn't sure how long it would take (at around 7 o'clock at night). She finally called over an hour later while we were at the new hotel and she would not refund...
