“Front desk and employee were horrible🎣”

“We hit the jackpot when we found this charming apartment in Tellico Village! It is so well thought out and every space is used to fit everything perfectly! The location was wonderful and the apartment was spotless! Hope put love into this place! We didn’t need for anything while we were there! We hope to return and enjoy the comfort of this delightful apartment! Thank you, Hope for being a top not owner!”

“Great value”

“This was the 2nd year in a row we stayed in the same cabin and have loved it both times. We have had early morning bear visits both times. This year we had a mama bear and 3 cubs visit.”

“Fantastic in every way. Interestingly quirky without being weird. Quiet. Great lighting. Convenient parking.”

“Clean, affordable, close to restaurants and shops”

“Good location. Plenty of food choices close.”

“Perfect size and layout for us for a long weekend. Location is right in downtown so there's so many things in walking distance. From restaurants to beautiful parks and the summer time farmers market is just down the street.Would definitely stay here again.”

“Really liked the property and enjoyed our stay there. The views from the balcony and room were just amazing and breathtaking. The amenities were good and enjoyed them and even had a bear sighting when we were strolling. Property is well kept and the unit makes you feel like home. The communication from the property management team was incredibly smooth and responsive. We had a great stay and we’ll recommend to our friends.”

“Great property with ALL the amenities! This is the place to be if you like to be in and on the water.”

“Friendly hosts, lovely area!! Me, my boyfriend, and our three dogs enjoyed our stay!”

“A”

“This is such a lovely property - spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. I had everything I needed and the location is great. Right at the edge of the UT campus within walking distance to numerous restaurants, etc. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I ended up having to extend my trip and had to change to another one of their units in the building and they made the transition very easy for me. I will definitely be staying here again!”

“I’ve never written a review for a hotel, but by chance someone is saved from being fooled by the 200+ positive reviews that HAVE to have been bought, here it is. This property is disgustingly dirty and atrociously dilapidated. The pictures you see on the listing are absolutely NOT accurate. The halls are filthy, doors with chips and dents all over. Carpet had holes and there are holes in the walls of the hallway. Paint is peeling everywhere. Our room had two large brown stains from a leak...

“Great!”

“Nice place to stay. Enjoyed the food at the Alamo that was close by.”

“The apartment is a convenient distance to downtown Knoxville. Grocery store, gas station and pharmacy are also all close by. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.”
