“We have never stayed in a condo, rental, VRBO, or personal owner unit that was so well organized, stocked, cleaned and “set-up” for visitors. The communication with the owners before, during and afterward was extra special for us. Truly blessed to have chosen this rental for our getaway! The Rogers”

“This place is not what it sounds like it is a joke we had so many problems and they did not fix one of them one was the refrigerator and we had kids with us they never came then we had bugs in our place ever came ask to talk to someone no one ever called it is done though Tex message no one is ever at the office and if you need clean towels they tell you to wash the ones you have please look somewhere else”

“The property host was a delight to work with. Prompt and helpful communication about the property and area.”

“Great hotel for the price.”

“Nice place to stay and relax for a few days while my daughter was at camp. My son loved the activities nearby at Fairfield Glade. Had a couple of maintenance/housekeeping issues at check-in that the hosts quickly resolved. This unit is pretty close to a busy street and had more traffic noise than we expected - minor negative.”

“Amazing views !! Seen all the bears pool and hot tubs were great ! We will be back !”

“Great location. Unit needs some updating. There are very few outlets and some don't work. Beds are comfortable and view from balcony is good. We even viewed a bear from the balcony.”

“Great place. Would definitely use again”

“Condo was as described very beautiful area at what seems like the top of the mountian we saw Bears every day we were there roaming the property. One PSA tip is to keep your car doors locked found out that bears know how to open doors and get inside after goodies :) Beddings and furnishings were all very comfortable and great pressure and heat on showers.”

“Unit was dated but clean. We had trouble with the WiFi and it took two nights of having no internet to get it fixed. We couldn’t even make phone calls, which was concerning. It did get fixed and we did learn how to lock the door. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Bathmats would be a nice addition.”

“Five minute walk into town with steps in the back which leads you right to sugarlands distillery. Everything was clean and comfortable, overall a very good place to stay!”

“Property was as described, clean, well maintained and decorated very nicely. Make sure you have an all wheel drive or 4x4 vehicle to make the trek up the mountain to see the beautiful views.”

“We had an amazing Tennessee vacation while staying in this cute, clean, and lovely condo. We wanted a relaxing getaway with a beautiful view, and we got it! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning, taking in the mountain views. Benches outside the condo also had great views of the mountains in both directions so we could see sunset and sunrise both! We saw bears pretty much every day, which was a huge bonus! This property is high up on the mountain, which is exactly what I wanted. If...
