Cottage a Este de Tennessee

“Beautiful property. We didn’t realize it was a tiny home from listing with no sitting space inside, but the porch provided that. We loved the goats and other animals. We also have a VRBO farm with shared space so we felt right at home. Thanks so much. ”

“We loved the yurt! My kids really enjoyed the animals on the farm and playing with them. The interior was cute and simple, but worked for what we needed for a night.”

“Host was very quick with communication and very accommodating. The home is a tiny home, very cozy, and easy to maneuver through. The shower stall and getting into the loft help you remember you have rented a tiny house. If you’re taller than 5’6” it’s small. To get into the loft the use of the provided step stool to get up to the first ladder rung was needed. The ceiling is low enough up there that you’ll bump your head to sit up. BUT, the double bed is comfortable and cozy! There is a futon...

“Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. Ended up going to a stone yard and getting some scrap pieces for our garden at home! The cabin has everything you need for a couple of days. Very comfy common area with big TV, nice views out the...

“All perfect. Just a tad bit issie with the washing machine may be we didnt notice if that was already mentioned in the listing, but machine was not working so we had to do some replanning with the clothing. Otherwise the cabin is quite nice. Very thoughtful hosts. Location is good not too far from Gatlinburg. Overall a great place for a break. Will sure book again when we plan to go.”

“Should be a better way to handle garbage.”

“Lavender Creek property was perfect for my visit to East Tennessee. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed when traveling. I would stay there again if the opportunity rises.”

“Enjoyed our overnight stay in this tiny house. Modern updates made it cozy and appealing. We had all we needed for our stay. Location was easy to find and host provided easy instructions on the check in process.”

“Nice”

“We had a clean and comfortable stay. The hosts provided very thoughtful instructions on navigating to the location, so be sure to follow them!”

“We were in town to support my son who was competing in the Chattanooga Tri. We picked this to give us a little get away spot during the weekend. I was not aware but this cottage is actually on the property of the owner. It was off to the side and private. The overall property was incredibly landscaped and beautiful. The space was cozy and a nice place to unwind. The only thing we would change was the bed topper was too soft for our liking. Jillian was a great host and was very attentive,...

“This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed. It also has 2 upstairs bedrooms (no bathroom) that would work for older children or grandchildren though we didn’t need them for this trip. I appreciated that the rear entrance...

“We absolutely loved it!”

“The place is super cute! The only downside was that the bed is a double, not a queen as advertised. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!”

“The cutest little area!! Our cabin was clean upon arrival & exactly as described in the listing. The hosts had excellent communication & provided instructions for anything that was needed during our stay!”

“Loved the creek and inside decor. Roomy house!”

“Me and my lady had a wonderful night here! Made some good memories and will definitely use this place again.”
