“Clean and nice pools”

“Room was clean, everything was a little outdated and our tub didn’t drain. The housekeepers, groundskeepers and most of the front desk were MARVELOUS. I checked in a little later than we anticipated (hit unexpected traffic delays on the way in) and the guy checking is in, Mark, was rude. I walked in, as I just walked in, he said “can I help you?” With an attitude and then was just super snarky for the remained of our conversation. “Staff was very nice. Unfortunately we did have several small issues in the room. Broken microwave, cracked mirror, and leaking tolet.”

“Standard hotel, room ok. The room seemed clean enough but had a funny smell (maybe odd cleaning fluids). Beeakfast was lacklustre no fruit or yogurt, but functional.”

“Good location. A bit run down and could use a face lift. ”
