Resort e hotel con spa a Este de Tennessee

“I booked a room on Expedia as a non-smoking king size room. When I checked in they gave a smoking room king size and was told that since I booked through a third party this is what I had to take. Not thrilled and the room and floor smelled terrible. Room service was not offered so I had to beg the staff for clean towels and wash clothes for the second night. Overall the hotel and casino was nice but not thrilled with the resort fee charges that everyone seems to be getting away with nowadays.”

“Expedia was asking me to review and said that guest rave about the pool. The pool was bright green. Informed upon check in that it isn’t in use. It was supposed to be filled in. Breakfast was offered in the morning, but there was really nothing offered. The beds were nice. Everything else was mediocre. You get what you pay for. :)”

The outdoor furniture was comfortable and clean. The setting is relaxing ad peaceful. The property is kept up is gorgeous and well manicured. The bedding is quality and super clean. The bathrooms are large, clean and perfectly maintained. The property staff is friendly and helpful. The experience was...
