“First of all, every staff member I interacted with was super friendly. The place was quiet, excellent location in town close to restaurants and of course the national park, and the room was very clean. I would definitely go back and stay here for my next trip back to Townsend”

“At first I was reluctant to stay at this hotel, because it is older (I believe we stayed there with our kids 25 years ago) and the room doors are on the outside. I generally choose hotels where you go through the lobby to enter your room. However, my husband and I were pleasently surprised at how clean it was, and the beds and sheets were first class. Why chose a more expensive hotel to get the same quality and service. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The staff members are truly friendly and welcoming. It appears they're trying to update the rooms, which is great. The wifi was speedy, which can matter to some people. It's a reasonable place for the price. The reason I won't return is a cockroach looking bug crawled across the floor of my room in the first half hour of being there. It's probably an exception. But that's an easy Not Again for us.”
