“Property is really good for the price. Rooms are clean and air conditioning is great!! It is also right at the entrance of the city and close to Walmart and Starbucks. The only thing was the night we got there it had rained and there were a lot of the flying insects around the left side of the building which was annoying but other than that everything was great!”

“The comfortable beds was a major plus for all 4 of us. The view of the bay was beautiful and able to walk out on the pier was nice. Breakfast was good. Staff was extremely kind, pleasant and very friendly. Would definitely stay at this location again.”

“We came to go to Rockport Beach. We had never stayed there before really enjoyed our stay very convenient because anything you need is nearby such as Walmart and H-E-B and the beach. Also, the pool is kept very nice and clean friendly staff.”

“The room was nice and clean, beds were comfy too. The front desk staff was so sweet and helpful. We took two small dogs with us and the front desk staff gave them a treat! The location is near an HEB and several restaurants even Rockport Beach. ”

“Staff was great and room was clean. It’s an older motel and on one side where rooms are located you have to park on the opposite side and carry your luggage around or walk around. Depending on how much luggage you have is the only drawback. Also there’s no bathtubs in any of the rooms if you have any little ones.”

“The room was clean, bed was comfortable, only concern was the bath tub, it was very slick while showering and getting out of a tub bath. The breakfast had excellent choices to select from, the hosts greeted everyone and directed guests to the different areas of food. She had great greeting skills for everyone who spoke to her.”

“This is absolutely one of our favorite places. My wife stumbled upon this Inn about 5 years ago and we try to come every year. They have a great pool area and it's right by the fishing pier. There are so many options to eat and drink within walking distance. I can't wait to come back even before checking out. ”

“Bay View Inn was excellent for a weekend fishing getaway! The room was very clean very nice, and the beds were comfortable. Very well kept. AC was nice and cold at night. The location was perfect for what we were doing, and where we were going to be. I will definitely stay there again!”
