“Great place for a solo getaway. Quiet and peaceful. Delicious pastries from nearby bakery for breakfast, and close to restaurants shopping, and Root River trail.”

“Cons: Smell- the air freshener in the lobby was VERY strong. My son and I both are allergic to fragrance and had troubles with breathing, headache, and rashes because of this. We also had to use our own soaps, though we are used to this. A good rule of thumb is little to no artificial fragrance for those with asthma and allergies. Breakfast- was a little disappointing. I budgeted our trip based on breakfast included and it was only carb and sweets. Example of; waffles, rolls, cereal, yogurt,...

“Staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast had more options than other lodgings on our trip in same price range. Lay out was convenient for loading in/out and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.”

“ Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!”

“It’s clean, friendly staff and helpful, I’d like more breakfast I like the waffles, toast and fresh morning food cream of wheat and brown sugar. I inquired about pet fee theirs is high similar to other hotels but I think they are all to high. ”

“Very easy check in. The room was clean and had everything we needed with extras! Delicious breakfast and they kept it fresh. My daughter used the hot tub after a long couple days of dance competitions and found it nice & hot..best massage she said!”

“Check in clerk was extremely patient and helpful for this forgetful senior citizen who forgot the WiFi password and where he left his room key/card (and replaced it).”

“Clean and modern rooms”

“The one person on staff did her best to assist, but it was clear she had no one else working with her. The room quality wasn't great - the jacuzzi tub was broken (the jets were either not working or spraying EVERYWHERE. We asked for extra blankets and no one ever brought any. The hot tub jets were also broken. I would give a 2/10, and the two points are because the only person on staff did her best.”
