“Everything was very good. It was very quiet and plenty of places to eat basically right out the door. Room was clean and bathroom was spotless.”

“Had to conduct a name change last minute. Staff was accommodating. Could have been a disaster after traveling from Narita and a 3.5 hour delay in Houston and finally a layover overnight. Thank you Scottish Inn & Suites!”

The microwave in the unit didn’t work. The attendant told me that he would call me and wake me up for the morning shuttle to the airport and when I missed it, he told me that oh sorry I had other stuff to do, sorry I didn’t call you.
