Some common areas in general and the chairs in my guest room were a bit worn in areas, but it appears the property is under renovation, so hopefully those little touches will bring the property up to a higher standard. “Booked with Expedia five months prior to my stay. When I arrived the hotel informed me that I didn’t have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number from Expedia. They were all booked up and no more rooms available. Now I have had to file a claim to get my money back. Awful experience and terrible customer service.”

All'autista ho chiesto di essere accompagnato al fiume: "troppo lontano" per lui, solo tre isolati di differenza, per me e per la cartina della città... Molto ampie e confortevoli le camere, ottima ed evidente la pulizia. Buona anche anche la colazione. Troppo caro il parcheggio a pagamento,...

“This hotel is currently under renovations. Our stay was very noisy and with paint fumes. The room we stayed in was very worn and dated (frayed furniture, broken toilet paper roll holder, beds not very comfortable) Looking forward to seeing the renovations completed.
