“We had issues with our bedding the first night but the staff was super accommodating and got it fixed as soon as we brought it to their attention. The pool and hot tub were nice to use and the breakfast was really good! Complimentary popcorn wasn’t bad either.”

“The staff is wonderful, super helpful, and the breakfast was really good. The only note is parts of the place are starting to feel a little worn...? but, overall, it's fine. The one note about the bathroom lights - they kept coming on in the night - not sure why, but we just had to shut the door to avoid light disruptions. Also, there was a slight mildewish odor from the vents - probably due to the humidity - but we just used some peppermint essential oils to adjust that. Overall, good for the...

“I booked a room at this hotel and when I arrived I was informed no rooms were available due none being cleaned! After I booked and paid! I was instructed to reach out to the third party I booked my room through to obtain a refund. Expedia has reached out numerous times concerning this refund and I have yet to receive one. I will never book a room through this hotel again!”
