“The staff were polite and welcoming. The 2 queen, Room was spacious and cozy. The pool was great for the kids, disappointing no hot tub. The breakfast buffet was delicious especially the waffles. The location was prime close to everything but yet quieter from road noise.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. But there's only so much you can do to "shoddy." Our first room's toilet could barely flush. The lighting was so bad I had to use a flashlight to read my map. The maid never made up the room, so the next day we had a different room. At least the toilet flushed and the lighting was better. But, overall, the rooms are dark and dingy. All bulbs must be 25 watts to save a nickel, I guess. The furnishings are passable, but a mishmosh from other hotels, I'm...

“The vending machine was done, there was only a person at the desk at check in, the TV was terrible. They have dish next work and the picture quality was bad. You could only listen to the TV. We stayed here 2 different times and both times about 3 am the person above us sounded like they were moving all the furniture around. The hallway freaked of cigarette smoke.”

“When we got to the hotel room the bed had stains on it. The tub has an air bubble in the floor. We were gone for a day we stayed for 4 nights they went into room to “clean” all they did was take my snacks and replace the trash there was trash that wasn’t on the floor then on the floor and they went through our bags my wife is diabetic and can’t be missing her medication. They then denied going through our bags and left the room a mess replacing the bedding we were already using with bedding that...

“We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a weird smell when we first got there, I think it was cleaning chemicals. It was fine by the time we got back to the room after spending a few hours at main event. The breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff kept everything as clean as they could. We would definitely stay there again.”
