“King room was satisfactory, as was complimentary breakfast. Coffee maker uses their proprietary coffee pouches and is very small and was unable to use my own coffee geounds. A stabilizer bar in bathtub was completely loose and if someone needed it there could be an accident. Conveniently located near airport and retail. Overall satisfied but some tweaks by Baymont would earn another star. Staff was great.”

“It is great brand name in hospitality, but the facility is not very well run. During our short stay earlier this month we encountered issues and difficulties we normally did not expect in a Hilton hotel: At our check in, we were assigned to a room at the farthest end of the building, even though we are seniors; at our request, staff changed the room for us but this time we found the water did not go down in the drain and it could be fixed right away; so we had to change room again about 11:00 pm...
