Sticky floors, stained sheets, dirt in all crevices, worst of all there was male genitalia drawn on the bathroom wall that my 6 year old asked me why someone drew that there, and second to that I was charged by Expedia the money came off my card just for the staff member to tell me my payment declined and I had to repay after arguing with him and showing him my itinerary # confirmation email and bank statements, he still refused to give me my room so I was double charged for...

“The only complaint I had with our stay was that the room had a bad oder immediately upon entering the room. Had a musty stinky feet smell. Other than that everything was fine.”

“Love that breakfast was served until 1000. I am not an early riser so this worked out perfect for me. I also loved that each day there was a different choice of foods to choose from. I am allergic to a lot of foods and this was especially helpful to me. The front end associates were very nice and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.”

“I booked this for my Fiance who flew from Naples, Fl to visit her father for Father’s Day. He is in an assisted living facility. She checked into the hotel and the front desk person was in her office smoking a cigarette. She got to the room and she felt very uncomfortable.
