“The stay was good. It was fairly clean, could tell they battle with moisture but the room didn’t smell bad and it was a good stay. If we did need anything they were very quick to bring it. Customer service was pretty good! Would stay again.”

“Overall it was a good trip. We stayed about a week. The only concern was when they can to clean out room, they forgot to put bags back in the trash cans so we just had to throw out trash away in the empty can, another thing was they took our body wash and never brought it back. Luckily we had brought some so we didn’t need theirs, but the principle around it agitated me.”

“We loved the location was on beach. Pools were great. The only issue we had was cleanliness, when we first checked in our room was not cleaned properly someone’s underwear were on floor of bathroom. So the moved us to another room the floors were dirty not vacuumed or swept. They don not clean rooms every day. Just refresh towels and trash every other day. They do a full clean on day 5. But did not wash dishes. The pool area needed attention throughput the day but none was given. Also no staff...

“Let me start by saying any vacation I'm able to take. I'm very grateful for however. The pictures that were on their website compared to inperson We're very off unless that was pictures for a different location. And it could have well been, however. The room seemed to be, you know, very run down like it's time for an update the pool was closed earlier than the time stated. You can only get one parking pass per room. Not the worst experience so far, yet very over priced.”

“Loved the hot tub, being able to close doors between the bedroom and living room was nice, bed was comfortable. I walked from the bed to bathroom with white socks on, when I got back to the bed, the socks were filthy. Then I walked barefoot and the carpet felt icky-wet. There needs to be a curtain or something between the kitchen and bathroom vanity for privacy. The beach was not accessible for my friend wth a cane. Our view was blocked by palm trees. “Our room was in much need of complete refurbishing. The stove was very dirty around knows. Dishes were very old and no organizing. The floor had grim and dirt between tiles. Bathtub ...So much soap grime you could scratch your name in it. Our beach view was great. The elderly lady at the desk was very nice. We did not complain to the staff but I do feel management should look behind their housekeeping staff because they are taking shortcuts.”
