“We needed a place to stay for one night and the room was very clean staff was friendly and welcoming and its beach front. Parking is convenient and you are close to all the shops and restaurants. ”

“This was the worse beach experience ever. The room I will say was pretty decent 3 beds. Only one room had tv, fridge too small for barely anything, not enough towels and rags. We had 5 guest and only received for 3 people. The area is very loud, people on drugs, and no respect for others who are trying to rest. On top of that there was no one at desk thru the night. When it was time to check out it took 3 hrs for anyone to come to the desk. We weren’t able to go do anything when we woke to leave...

The room they gave me had mold on the lampshade, paint chipping off the walls, broken outlet covers with exposed outlets. I asked the front desk person if I could cancel my reservation that I only reserved only an hour and a half before I got there, and he told me that I could cancel but he would charge me $800 if I did. “The woman was super nice and helpful but I just have to say the rooms where awful I was terrified of there being bedbugs it was so nasty, there was no toilet paper and no shower curtain and dead bugs huge cockroaches left inside the room. The first original room I was given there was an A/C taken apart in the middle of the room and trash everywhere. ”

“What i didn't like i was supposed to have a king ocean view they didn't have so they upgraded it to a ocean view smaller beds floor was dirty and bathroom was dirty people was hanging the building and parking lot drug addicts sleep in the hallway people getting arrested just horrible need to be condemned ”

“Terrible experience. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and bedding was unacceptable. I canceled immediately at check-in, and staff promised a full refund and said they contacted the property and Expedia. Since then, no refund and no one has reached out. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Highly disappointed.”
