“Clean rooms and great breakfast ”

“This trip was a headache. I purchased a room with two queen beds and a sofa, when I first arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. After waiting about 20 minutes, they checked me in and provided me with a code for the parking garage. The code did not work, I had to go back to the front desk to retrieve a new code. When I finally got upstairs to my room, the room was incorrect! They had me and my family in a room that had one king size bed and a twin pull out bed”

“Weird people sleeping in cars in parking lot, unfriendly staff and rooms being room full of young teenagers made for a week with no sleep at all.”

“Honestly the hotel was really nice…We stayed on the 1st floor & had a nice patio..The other rooms had balconies facing the pool.. I guess only thing I didn’t like was the pool was closed and the rooms didn’t have microwaves… But I would definitely stay again ”
