“Very welcoming reception from the host. We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic cooked breakfast each morning. My wife is coeliac and was well catered for. This B&B is ideally suited for the city centre, has close transport links and also provides on-street parking.
I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. ”

“The owner, Caron quickly became my bestie. She keeps everything immaculately clean, communicates with the guests and you can tell she loves what she does! Towels were fluffy and soft, beds were comfy. Parking was a little tricky and if you can't park on site, she has parking passes that you can use. Please know that this is a lovely old Victorian home and therefore doesn't have an elevator. Breakfast was amazing! Caron provided cold cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast, juice and coffee or tea....

“I arrived just after 8pm and was personally and kindly welcomed to The Old School House. After a long day’s walk, I was offered a drink, which was much appreciated. My bags were taken to my room, and I was given a tour of the property.Breakfast was homely and delicious, and I enjoyed meeting some lovely fellow guests. The place was immaculate, and the hosts were absolutely charming.I would definitely stay again and it was just what I needed after a 30-mile walk! ”
