“What a beautiful and charming inn! I loved everything about it. The restaurant food was delicious, and the breakfast was fresh and excellent. The coffee was amazing, and the organic milk was such a nice touch. The area is beautiful, and the parking was extremely convenient. I also felt very safe staying there with my two small children. Definitely going back again!”

“friendly staff, nicely appointed room/suite. Easy parking, nice restaurant next door( not part of Inn). Breakfast Sunday morning depleted by 10 am . Management tried hurriedly to rectify situation. Common area nicely appointed with many seating arrangements and cappuccino machine, etc. Will stay there again.”

L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”

“First room we were put in had problems with the shower. The staff was kind and very responsive when we complained about this, and they quickly moved us into another room. The following room, we didn’t realize until the middle of the night was full of tiny roaches.”

“The night staff that checked us in we're great. Two guys, very friendly and made it quick The housekeepers were always happy to help. The dryer in the laundry room was terrible. It cost me $15 to keep drying a load and after all that time it was still very wet. I had to bring it to a laundromat to finish it.”

“The room was clean despite a musty smell. Check in was a breeze. The AC units are new, and they had to send maintenance up twice to make the rattling stop on the one in my room. After the second time, I asked if there was another room available and the manager John was very snippy when he told me they were sold out. Overall the experience was okay, the management staff should really take a breath before they talk to customers like that. The maintenance man was the nicest staff member I dealt...

“Found this little gem when I was travelling for HS reunion, clean, comfortable and more amenities then some luxury branded hotels. Staff was very friendly and the room we had was the full length of the building (front to back) with a sitting room (sofa, side tables, table with chairs, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes and multiple packets of regular coffee - Wolfgang Puck brand for the single brew machine. The bedroom was separated by a door, had a comfortable bed & two stuffed chairs, bathroom...

“The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet. The listing did not let you know that you had to leave your room for your “private “ bath. The listing stated there was air conditioning, there was a fan. Wayne was friendly and personable.”

“It’s closed to Bradley, it was clean, safe, the staff were helpful and polite. I wish they start serving breakfast early for passengers with early flights. I will stay again.”
