“Bugs every where, pile of bugs in bathroom, bed and outside. Staff doesn’t want to clean them up or change the room. We checked out 1 day prior to original booking because we can’t even sleep.”

“We found other accommodations. We thought we were renting a cabin. We got a dirty, outdated room, with an extremely large jacuzzi, on the carpet, in the room. The floor, I would assume from getting wet, was sagging in front of it. Also, if you’re over 5 foot tall, you won’t fit under the shower head. Room #127. Pay the higher price for a clean decent, hotel room.”
