“Check in was quick, accommodated a room close to the pool on the first floor. Clean room. Decent breakfast available. Includes scrambled and fried eggs, sausage links, waffles, yogurt, toast, bagels, a couple of cereal options, juices, and milk. It’s very close to the Shepler’s Ferry Day Lot. Can leave your car at the hotel and skip paying for parking. You can even be picked up and dropped off right at the hotel doors if you don’t feel like walking across the street to the lot. “When we arrived, we were told we had to pay an extra "environmental fee" (about $6.86 for 2 nights) to pay for some fee the city adds. (there was NO indication of this when I made the reservation). The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. But it said, in the paperwork we were given at check-in,that housekeeping wouldn't come in the room until we left, but they still did. Parking wasn’t very good. The TV channel selection was not good either. Entrance nearest elevator was uneven...

“Good location, clean and close to the bridge and all the shopping areas. The continental breakfast was out of milk, eggs, and all juices. Just had sausages, waffles, and cereal with no milk. Was pretty disappointed with that breakfast option. But clean and great proximity to everything. ”

“The bathroom was not clean at all, we layed a towel on the shower floor. Beautiful view, right on the lake. ”

“The cabins are super cute. The cleanliness was good, however, they would benefit from a deep clean to address the dirt on the windows and significant dirt on the ceiling fan. Roll out couch ok for children only. The staff were very nice and helpful. The cabin garden tub was good and bubbled very nicely. The main hot tub and water park was having some technical issues while we were there, (which was early season).”

“Our stay at Starlite Inn was very good. The staff member that we interacted with was very friendly our room was clean, tidy and spacious as was the bathroom. The air/heat unit worked well (we used heat). We felt very safe and parking is right outside your door. We would definitely stay here again. ”
