“Was never able to check in. Was told our room was still being cleaned and this was two hours after standard check in. The girl at the counter wasn’t helpful, she didn’t offer to help me find a different room or anything. Had to cancel and stay somewhere else. Ended up being way better customer service at the other hotel anyways.”

“There was no hot water the whole weekend. The stove had one burner that worked. Had to purchase pots and pans to be able to cook. The kitchen and bedroom had ants. There wasn't any extra toilet paper.”

“The biggest problem with my stay was the noise. There is a lot of interstate noise on at least half the rooms, and my room also had a lot of elevator noise being near an elevator. The AC and shower worked, but the towels were very low quality and they do not change them out while guests are there during normal operations. They do include a fridge and they have ice machines, although some were not working when I was there. The location is pretty good for exploring the area with some good dining...

“07.7.2026 The front desk was kind. Our expection was not what we expected when we arrive at the hotel l. the picture we seen online was not what we saw when we arrived. the room were clean we had to ask for more towel. No one can to clean the room we had a 4 night stay.”

“Booked last minute while traveling. Convenient location, clean, very friendly staff. Quiet and comfortable room. Although this is a pet friendly hotel we did not see or smell anything unpleasant. Good mattress, good bathroom, excellent breakfast…very happy with our stay”

“We got a junior suite which was located in the Clayton building. It was clean and comfortable. Not extravagant, but nice. We did open the couch bed for my kids and the cover was dirty and there were no blankets or pillows. The front desk had someone to our room within about 20 minutes to put a brand new mattress cover on and give us blankets, and the housekeeper was very sweet. I wish the room had a microwave; we had two fridges with a wet bar, but no microwave. The gym was pretty big and nice...

“Came to check in and waited for 5 minutes while the front desk lady was hanging out in the back. She was very nice when she came to help. When we were given our key and went to our room, the room we were given was dirty and had not been cleaned for the next guest, so we were given another room. The new room was already occupied and we ended up walking in on someone. When trying to get our 3rd room, she had trouble (I don’t think was entirely her fault here). “This was one of the most horrible hotels we have stayed. It smelled and looked dirty everywhere. The carpets in the room were so awful we didn’t feel comfortable walking anywhere without shoes on. The bath tub was dirty, no pressure in the shower and barely warm water. When we talked to staff about the temperature of the water, they said they would get right on it, but it never changed. There was plenty of hot water in the sink however… the couch in the room was stained and we would not sit...
