“I arrived 12:30am the person at the front desk didn’t speak English he call someone who did he couldn’t find my booking I waited 15 mins finally I got in my room with no hot water at 5:00 am I got up to water flooding the living room they changed my room where I stayed till 11:00am they than told the problem couldn’t be fixed so I needed to move to another hotel …they paid the taxi to the new hotel ..which turned out to be a BLESSING they paid the taxi to take us to the new hotel .. they did all...

“The property was in a great location, however there were several things wrong. Upon entry to the property, your greeted with a very musty/moldy smell. The property is very hot which would normally be okay with me but this unit is on the first floor and the windows are not caged so I was uncomfortable leaving windows open for ventilation. “This is not a hotel but rather an apartment rental. The wifi was not working and the place was infested with termites. We had to leave in the middle of the night because there were termites all over the bed. We were promised a refund but only received a partial refund. Stay in a real hotel and avoid this place. Oh they’re also doing construction next door. ”

“I'm not a "review person", but 3B is definitively worth it! The staff is the most caring and helpful I've found so far: they will help you out before, during and after your stay, with tips and logistics. The place is new, well furnished and clean. Breakfast options are very good and healthy. Last but not least the location is very fine: close to the beach view and to the centre of Barranco (very nice neighborhood, btw!). Strongly recommended! ”
