“This hotel is located in a traditional house of the old Lima. It is beautifully kept. The staff is incredible. Ice and helpful. The breakfast excellent with local produce, fresh fruits, marmalades and other dishes. A real pleasure to wake up to that every day. We took as a rage a couple times of the rooftop with cocktails and a light meal. I booked last minute as we needed a place to hang for the day between our hotel check out at 10am and our red eye flight at midnight, and there was a deal on Expedia. “Great apartment, clean and spacious. , best location.”

“This is not a hotel but rather an apartment rental. The wifi was not working and the place was infested with termites. We had to leave in the middle of the night because there were termites all over the bed. We were promised a refund but only received a partial refund. Stay in a real hotel and avoid this place. Oh they’re also doing construction next door. ”

“I'm not a "review person", but 3B is definitively worth it! The staff is the most caring and helpful I've found so far: they will help you out before, during and after your stay, with tips and logistics. The place is new, well furnished and clean. Breakfast options are very good and healthy. Last but not least the location is very fine: close to the beach view and to the centre of Barranco (very nice neighborhood, btw!). Strongly recommended! ”
