“The view was great, unfortunately everything else was a nightmare. We were forced to check in through an app outside of the Vrbo system. It requested all kinds of personal information, most of it not required to rent a place for a day. Property management company cool cabins was a massive pain in the butt. Communication was good but customer service was horrible. Had to wait until 4pm for a door access code which they told me I could have at 2pm. Spotty cell service required us to stay in town...

“Fun family cabin, The name says it all, kids were entertained te whole time with the game room. perfect lake view, perfect everything, even a small slope in front for the kids to sled on.”

“The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

“The cabin was an awesome place to stay with that forrest and nature feeling. It was very clean, a very quiet atmosphere, and very reasonable. They had all the essentials you needed. I will definitely be staying here again. And I highly recommend that others do the same. Big Bear was a quick weekend get-away. Wish it was longer.”
