The place was just what we needed for our stay. The inside was pretty nice. It was clean and tidy. There were only 3 towels which was inconvenient and noTowel rack in bathroom but overall the place was very good for the price.

We had a great experience staying at this duplex in Fayetteville, AR. The place was spotless when I arrived — very clean and well-kept. (I will say there was odd smell outside that would drift in at times, but that is not something I can count against the apartment.) It has a modern, updated feel with all the essentials you’d want in a comfortable college apartment setting. The layout is functional with everything feeling fresh and well-maintained.The location was super convenient — close to campus, restaurants, and shops — which made getting around town really easy. It strikes the perfect balance between quiet and accessible.For the price, it’s an amazing value. You get the comfort and style of a newer apartment without the high cost. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this duplex to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and conveniently located spot in Fayetteville!

Did not realize this was a duplex and the shared bathroom was so small - definitely not enough room for 4 people. Single sink, fixtures broken and a smelly shower curtain. It has been remodeled-still popcorn ceilings and the air fresheners leave an overwhelming smell that doesn’t clear even when unplugged. Will do in a pinch but not as cozy as the pictures looked.

So close to being amazing!

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s at this point and feel that this rental is so close to being amazing. We see the effort put into making it clean and comfortable. The linens, furniture, and surfaces were all very clean. Things that could have made it amazing: upgraded appliances that are quieter (washer and dishwasher were both much louder than ours at home), doors that actually fit in the door jam and don’t have large gaps, and the toilet issue. Let me explain. If you take a shower, and need to flush immediately after, it will not work. It’s as if the system is too flooded to drain properly and the toilet suffers - the shower does not fill up as if there is a drain problem. We initially thought the problem was an ineffective plunger, but after buying one and trying it, too, just had to wait for the water to eventually drain and flush. Oh, and the crickets. Despite the cleanliness, we found two large crickets in the house. One in each bedroom and on different days. We didn’t see any ants or spiders, but the crickets were enough to give us creepy crawly feelings with any little itch. We did love the proximity to town as well as the family we were visiting, and the place has so much potential. It’s a really solid 4/5 for us.
