I had stayed Friday through Wednesday and I had asked twice in a row for our towels to be picked up not only that but I had asked two more times for more room towels because our room was not kept up with other than that service was OK.”

“Very uneasy place to sleep. Ended up leaving at 2 am because there was a suspicious person lurking around my car and didn’t want to risk it getting broken into as we are moving and our whole life is in there. Also my towels were stained and dirty and the top lock latch was broken.”

“We had a late check it for an early morning flight. The receptionist that night was great. He was really helpful, kind and when we told him that we had to check out at 3:30 for an early flight he said that breakfast would not be ready yet but all we had to do was to let the morning guy know that we were leaving for an early flight and he would give us a bagged breakfast. We did and they gave us fruit, muffins, cheese sticks and juices! Oh my gosh! I have never been treated so well! And the rooms...

“Undergoing renovations and the contractor and hotel have the place looking like a complete mess. Crap all over the place. Extremely loud all night with a lot of inconsiderate guests and no staff anywhere.”

“The room we had wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. Found dirty kleenex in my bed. The bathtub and bathroom was not clean and the carpets throughout where we walked looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. They moved us to another room where at least 2 outlets didn't work including the only one in the bathroom and we had trouble with the toilet flushing. We did not use the breakfast bar! ”

“Breakfast was very good, room clean, staff great, parking great. Good easy location to get to from interstate. I found the bed to be little too firm for me but otherwise great place to stay. Would highly recommend. ”

“Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much.”

“We enjoyed our stay at bantr Grand Hotel Wausau. The property and room were clean, and the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious complimentary continental breakfast. My only feedback to the hotel is it the outside of the property needs better lighting, it was really dark in the parking lot. Also inside, a lot of light bulbs needed replacing in stair wells and hallways. Did not take away from...
