“Do not stay here. It is not good. They do not mop the floor, clean the toliets, have busted doors, walls with cracks, flies and bugs everywhere. Worst part cockroaches will be on the the bed, furniture, on you and your belonging. Its is so disgusting and dirty. We even went to change rooms, both rooms were bad! They charged us 130$ just to stay in the first floor if you want 2nd floor or 3rd floor they charge you more, like if they are best, this hotel is the worst me and my family have ever...

“The room was good with everything you need, the breakfast was decent. The only thing I didn't like at all was the sale of park tickets by a Universal employee inside the hotel itself. They sold me the tickets at an excessively high price without considering the fact that we live in Florida. Furthermore, we were not told that the park opened at nine for guests of this hotel and since we went in a hurry at 7:30, we then had to wait outside and having had breakfast in a hurry.”

“I travel a lot, and I’ve never been to a place where the people were more friendly. The waitresses in the restaurant felt like my aunties or sisters. They were so kind and you could tell they love their job. The bartender went out of his way to make sure our drinks were refilled and tasted OK. We had some chicken wings and buffalo cauliflower at the bar while we waited to leave for our venue that night. They were delicious. “L hotel molto bello , dista due mezzi , per andare ai parchi principali , un battello e poi un pulman . Ci sono 50 dollari al giorno , non a notte , ma al giorno, che l hotel si prende in modo obbligatorio , per internet e i trasporti . Stanze belle e pulite d grandi . E moderne . ”
